Discovery Call
During our discovery call, we will spend time getting to know one another, talking about your vision for your wedding day and reviewing service options that meet your needs. There will be plenty of time for you to ask any questions you may have!

Proposal
After our discovery call, I'll send over a package proposal for you to review. You'll have time to decide if you'd like to move forward with our service. If you decide to move forward, we will set up a kick off call to talk about next steps and initiate planning!

Two Have & To Hold is a Philadelphia based wedding planning company run by Brea Robinson.
Brea is a career event producer with with a background in running event programs at Pinterest and Roblox. She’s produced events from Micro Weddings to 500+ person experiences.
By working with Two Have & To Hold, you will be supported by a team of event experts dedicated to making your wedding vision a reality. There’s no wedding too big or too small and we’re here to provide whatever level of support you need.

Do I need a wedding planner?
Every couple’s experience is different and there are a lot of factors that should be taken into account when deciding if you want wedding planning and execution support. In short, we always suggest some level of wedding planning services to make sure your wedding day goes off without a hitch. Wedding planning services will provide you with the support of a dedicated team to think about and plan for every last detail. We encourage you to book, at minimum, a day of coordinator to ensure you have a team dedicated to making sure your day runs smoothly.
How early should I book wedding planning services?
It’s never too early! Our services book up quickly and the sooner we can lock in your venue and vendors, the better.
Do I need to have my venue booked to book wedding planning services?
No! But If you have venues in mind we can cover that during the intake call once we begin your planning.
Where does Two Have & To Hold provide services?
We are based in Philadelphia, PA but we service weddings world wide. There is no travel fee for weddings within 50 miles of Philadelphia. Outside of that, Travel and Expenses will need to be covered in the service expense.
How much does Two Have & To Hold charge for planning services?
We charge based on the needs of each event. Once you send in the inquiry form, we will discuss your needs and get back to you with a planning proposal which includes pricing and service description. If you choose to move forward with us, we require a nonrefundable $500 deposit, to hold your wedding date. We charge 50% of the planning fee (less the $500 deposit) once planning begins and the remaining 50% is due 2 weeks before the wedding.
The venue I booked comes with a wedding planner, do I need to book an independent wedding planner too?
Even if your wedding venue includes a wedding planner, hiring an independent wedding planner can still be beneficial. While the venue’s planner will handle logistics related to the venue, an independent planner can manage and coordinate with all your other vendors—like florists, photographers, and caterers—ensuring that everything runs smoothly and on schedule. A dedicated wedding planner will focus solely on your wedding, offering a high level of personalized service and attention to detail from initial concept to execution. This includes creating a detailed timeline, managing RSVPs, and handling any issues that arise.. This can be especially useful if you have unique needs or preferences that go beyond what the venue’s planner can provide. Ultimately, having both a venue’s wedding planner and an independent planner can provide you with a more comprehensive planning experience, ensuring every detail is covered and your special day is as seamless as possible.
